- Sometimes, in the blink of an eye, life takes an unexpected and unfortunate turn. What happens next will very often determine who and what you are. I have made and lost $$$$ several times in my life and I am doing it again, but this time I started as a 65 year old quadriplegic. I had a bad auto accident in 2004. The impact was traumatic but it may have turned out to be a blessing in disguise. Since then I have undergone an amazing emotional growth experience during my continuing physical recovery. I spent most of my life involved in the financial markets as a securities broker and as an investment banker.
